Paris Saint-Germain will not allow Mauricio Pochettino to return to Tottenham, French football expert Loic Tanzi tells talkSPORT

Paris Saint-Germain are keen on keeping Mauricio Pochettino despite reports linking the Argentine with a return to Tottenham, talkSPORT has been told.
Pochettino's five-year reign at White Hart Lane came to an end in November 2019 just months after he steered the club to their first ever Champions League final.
The Argentine also led Spurs to second in the Premier League in 2017 – their highest finish - before he was dismissed in the middle of the 2019/20 campaign.
Jose Mourinho replaced him and lasted just 17 months in the hotseat, having been sacked in April - a week before the Carabao Cup final, which they then lost - following a poor run of form and a fall out with several key members of his squad.
Reports on Thursday, however, have claimed Spurs have opened discussions with Poch over a sensational return to the club.
The coach has only been in charge at PSG for five months, having been appointed as Thomas Tuchel's successor on a deal until the summer of 2022, with the option of a further year.
Pochettino has already won two titles, the first of his coaching career, since moving to Paris with the French Cup and French Super Cup, but he's already under pressure after PSG were beaten to the Ligue 1 title by Lille.
It's claimed Pochettino has struggled to settle at the Parc des Princes and would be open to a return to north London.
However, while disappointed with the team's title failure, French football expert Loic Tanzi insists the French giants will do their best to keep him and have denied the reports of a possible Spurs move.
"They won't let Pochettino go anywhere," he declared on Thursay's White and Jordan show.
"I've been talking with them [PSG] this morning.
"They want him to stay at Paris Saint-German and they say there has been no contact between the clubs at the moment.
"They have no news from Pochettino and if he wants to leave the club. I know he had a meeting with the sporting director Leonardo on Monday night to speak about the market.
"From a PSG side, they are a bit surprised with the news that he wants to leave but we are waiting for news from him and from Tottenham."
Tanzi did, however, suggest there could be unrest behind the scenes at the Parc des Princes.
"PSG is a really complicated club for a coach and maybe he can't do what he wants with the team - especially with the transfers," he added.
"You have the sporting director Leonardo and the chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi and the owner in Qatar. So there's too many people to speak with.
"Maybe in Tottenham it's a bit more easy for him to do what he wants to do."
PSG released on Thursday in which he talked about having 'laid a good foundation'.
He said: "I'm happy with the way the players adapted to the changes. There are a lot of things that couldn't be changed or couldn't be developed because of lack of time.
"But I think that with this way of working, and with the desire to be able to develop other kinds of ideas on the pitch, it will be possible to do great things in the future."
