West Ham confirm David Moyes has signed new contract after leading Hammers into Europe ending talk of Everton return
David Moyes has signed a new three-year deal as West Ham manager, the Premier League side have confirmed.
The move puts an end to the speculation linking the Scot with a return to Everton, who are on the hunt for a new boss following Carlo Ancelotti’s return to Real Madrid.

Moyes was reappointed West Ham boss in December 2019 and has helped transform the Hammers from relegation contenders to Europe.
He guided the club to the second-best Premier League finish in their history this season, as the London side finished sixth in the table and qualified for for the Europa League.
“I am delighted to have committed my future to West Ham United,” Moyes told the club's official website.
“This is where I want to be and I’m happy. I’m excited to be given this opportunity to build on what we all have already achieved here.
"The owners and I are fully aligned with how we want to keep developing and improving the football club.
“The Board and everyone at the Club have been fantastic to work with, giving me great support and I feel that we are all united in what we want to achieve in the coming years and how we might be able to achieve those things.”
Regular talkSPORT pundit and West Ham’s first-team coach Stuart Pearce revealed on Wednesday that Moyes had agreed a deal to remain at the London Stadium in principle.

He told talkSPORT: “For all intents and purposes he has agreed and the club have agreed to extend his contract as such."
Now an agreement has been finalised, which will tie Moyes to West Ham until 2024.
There had been fears he could be tempted back to Everton, where he spent 11 years, but those have now been put to bed.
Pearce will also extend his stay at the club, having been offered fresh terms.
Speaking to talkSPORT in May, Moyes said he was delighted with how things are going at the London Stadium and spoke about his future ambitions for the club.
"For me in life now, it’s not about how big my contract is or how long it is. I want to be happy and know the people are going to give me all the support I need," he said.

“I need support from inside, I need support from the club and I have to say they have been fantastic in helping me and allowing me to get on with it.
“If I was giving myself any praise over the year, it would be I have tended to build clubs and make them better and I hope I can do that with West Ham over the coming years.
“Even at Everton, I couldn’t get the team in Europe the first year. It’s been a huge step and I hope the West Ham supporters would give me the opportunity to try and build on it.
“There’s so much room for growth at West Ham, a club that can do so much better.
"Whether everybody agrees with the new stadium, 60,000 seater stadium where there’s no viewing restrictions, we’ve got lots of new supporters.
