Newcastle United are refusing to let Moussa Sissoko go for anything less than £14m.
The midfielder has expressed a desire to leave the club this summer after they were relegated to the Championship last season.

German side Hamburg have already submitted an offer of £9.5million, while teams in France are interested too.
However, according to L’Equipe, Newcastle are unwilling to do a deal unless negotiations start around the £14m mark.
The English club are reluctant to part with the France international and will only do so if they receive an offer they deem acceptable.

Sissoko has previously confessed it would be his dream to play for Arsenal – but no approached has been forthcoming from them yet.
