Portugal international Neves and Spain regular Traore have both been linked with moves up the Premier League table in recent years.
Speculation regarding their futures has only increased over the past days with Wolves at the bottom of the league on zero points.
Former boss and new Spurs manager, Nuno Espirito Santo, has reportedly been keen on bringing the pair with him to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Spurs have so far had a busy summer, bringing in Bryan Gil, Cristian Romero, Pierluigi Gollini and Pape Sarr, whilst managing to hold onto England captain Harry Kane.
The north London club reportedly held talks with a number of high profile strikers, namely Fiorentina’s Dusan Vlahovic and Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martinez, but with both moves falling to come to fruition, Spurs’ business may be over.
Not that it will dampen the spirits of Spurs fans, who have enjoyed a brilliant start to the new season as Tottenham sit top of the Premier League table as the only team to have a 100 per cent record after three games.
Wolves, meanwhile, have replaced goalkeeper Rui Patrico with Jose Sa, while they’ve also made two high-profile loan signings in the shape of Barcelona’s Francisco Trincao and Leipzig’s Hwang Hee-chan.
