Exclusive – Francis: Crystal Palace will dip into transfer market

Gerry Francis believes Crystal Palace will dip into the transfer market this January in a bid to stave off relegation.
The Eagles have moved off the bottom of the Premier League table, having won three of the last four matches, since Tony Pulis’ arrival at Selhurst Park.
And Francis, who has been helping the former Stoke manager in south east London, claims the club could be busy in the New Year.
“Tony will obviously look at the players he’s got and the players in the academy to see if there’s anything coming through,” he told Hawksbee and Jacobs.
“Certainly you would expect him to do some business in the window, if possible, to strengthen the squad as a whole.”
