West Ham are going to great lengths to ensure Michail Antonio will be available for their Premier League clash against Wolves on Saturday.

Antonio starred for Jamaica during the international break where he scored a brilliant goal from long range in their World Cup qualifier against the USA on Tuesday night.

The race is on for the forward to be ready for the London Stadium clash, however, Hammers co-owner David Sullivan has taken action.

The player revealed that Sullivan arranged for a private jet to fly him back to London in double quick time.

Antonio said on Instagram: "It's been a pleasure, Jamaica. I've enjoyed every minute of it but it's time to get home back to West Ham.

"I'd like to thank Dave Sullivan for sorting this out so I could get back earlier and prepare right for the game on Saturday."

Antonio's worldie strike was his second goal in as many matches for Jamaica but he's been on fire for his club this season with seven goals and four assists in 13 appearances.

West Ham are third in the Premier League with their last outing arguably their most memorable of the campaign to date as they claimed a 3-2 win over Liverpool.

The Hammers are also flying high in the Europa League having already booked their place in the knockout stage with ten points from a possible 12in their group.
