Former Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere says Anfield is the ‘most difficult’ ground in the Premier League but ex-Tottenham striker Darren Bent says Old Trafford is tougher

As Arsenal head to Anfield in fine form, the club's former midfielder Jack Wilshere has issued Mikel Arteta a warning.
The mouth watering clash, live on talkSPORT, is a brilliant opportunity for the Gunners to end their woeful record against Liverpool having not come away with a win since 2012.
Arteta and his side are in superb form at the moment having not lost a game since August and are on a current four match winning run in the league.
Should they even come away with a 0-0 draw at Anfield, it will have meant they equal a record previously set by Arsene Wenger and his Arsenal side from the 2004/05 season.
However that is much easier said than done as the Gunners will almost certainly be facing an angry Liverpool team who recently lost a record of their own when their 25-match unbeaten run came to an end against West Ham before the international break.
Wilshere who part of the Arsenal team who lost 5-1 to Liverpool in February 2014 has been describing how difficult Anfield is for the opposition.
With that said, he said this current Liverpool team is beatable given the form they are in compared to the gunners.
"Yes," when asked on Drive if they are beatable, "but you're also thinking they'll be looking to bounce back.
"I've had some nightmares there [Anfield] but Arsenal are on a good run, they look organised, they've had some time to prepare for it during the international break.
"The most difficult [ground in England], I played there once and I looked up at the clock, it was 22 minutes and we were 4-0 down."
Despite Wilshere's case, former Tottenham Hotspur striker Darren Bent named a ground that is arguably tougher to play at but did acknowledge how difficult Anfield is.
"Anfield is tough" Bent added, "Old Trafford [is tougher], a few years back.
"That place there when they had the likes of Rio [Ferdinand],[Nemanja] Vidic, [Patrice] Evra, [Wayne] Rooney, [Carlos] Tevez..."
