Bentley eyeing permanent West Ham stay

David Bentley admits he could make his move to West Ham a permanent one next summer if they gain promotion back into the Premier League.
Bentley is looking to get his career back on track after failing to make any impact at Tottenham following his £15m move from Blackburn back in July 2008.
The talented winger is now hoping for a fresh start at West Ham after completing a season-long loan move on transfer deadline day and says he has already been impressed by the plans that Sam Allardyce has got for the club.
Bentley said: "Of course I would definitely consider staying here. If they consider keeping me, then I'd definitely consider it.
"We'll have to see how my time here is going to pan out, but the main priority is to get promoted and that's what I've come here to do and help the club to do. After that, we'll see, but I'd definitely consider it."
