South Africa World Cup hero set for Crystal Palace trial

World Cup hero Siphiwe Tshabalala is set for trials at Crystal Palace.

Tshabalala, whose goal for South Africa and celebration to kick-start the 2010 World Cup went down as one of the tournament's enduring moments, is due in England to train at the Championship club.

The 27-year-old winger, who has 57 caps for his country, currently plays for Kaizer Chiefs in his homeland and will spend ten days at Palace as he looks to win a deal.
