Blackpool target loan move for Man United star

Blackpool have missed out on the chance to sign Manchester United Danny Welbeck - and are now set to switch their attention to Ritchie De Laet.
Sir Alex Ferguson wants Welbeck to get first team experience this season and is ready to listen to loan offers for the England Under-21 striker.
But Ferguson's former captain, Steve Bruce, has stolen ahead of Bleckpool and is poised to tie up a 12-month loan deal for Welbeck to join his Sunderland side.
It means Tangerines' boss Ian Holloway has missed out on one of his big summer targets, but he's set for another raid on United.
Full-back De Laet, who joined United from Stoke in 2009, will also be sent on loan this season and Holloway is confident the Belgian will choose Blackpool over Burnley as the lure of the Premier League will be too hard to resist.
