Ledley tips Ramsey to return to his best

Joe Ledley has tipped Welsh team-mate and close friend Aaron Ramsey to get back to his very best after recovering from his horrific leg break.
The Arsenal midfielder is still three months away from full fitness after he broke both the tibia and fibula in his right leg in a challenge with Stoke's Ryan Shawcross in February.
But Ledley, who played with Ramsey while at Cardiff and is a fellow regular in John Toshack's Welsh side, reckons his mate is mentally strong enough to make a complete recovery.
And after the Celtic midfielder met up with the 19-year-old at this weekend's Emirates Cup he is adamant Ramsey will show his class again at club and international level.
"Aaron is one of my good mates and he's doing well," said Ledley. "He can come back and be as good as ever.
"As a friend it was difficult to see the state he was in, but he has come back strongly and hopefully can reach the level he was at [before the injury].
"Everyone knew how good he was at Cardiff, even before he joined Arsenal, and he's got an old head on young shoulders.
"He's a great player and definitely has a great future for both Arsenal and Wales."
