Holloway hits out at transfer window rule

Blackpool manager Ian Holloway is furious with the 'transfer window' rule in domestic football.
Holloway has endured a frustrating summer so far and only has 16 players at his disposal, with the start of the Premier League season just two weeks away.
The Blackpool manager has struggled to add to his squad this summer and has yet to make a signing, with his attempts to sign DJ Campbell from Leicester proving futile at the moment.
And Holloway says the fact he only has until September 1 to sign players is frustrating and a restraint of trade.
"I know I need to bring people in because my squad is nowhere near good enough but the transfer window is not helping," he said.
"We need to do all our business now before the window slams shut and that is absolute madness. It is a restraint of trade.
"You can end up paying over the odds for players and it means the big clubs are not willing to loan you their players in case they get injuries."
