Former England captain David Beckham is thought to favour a move to Tottenham rather than Paris St Germain when his contract with Los Angeles Galaxy expires at the end of the MLS season this month. (Metro)

Paris St Germain and Inter Milan are ready to offer Carlos Tevez an escape route out of Manchester City in the January transfer window, but are not expected to bid more than £25m, substantially less than the £40m price tag City put on him in the summer. (Sunday Mirror)
