Schurrle suggests he is set for Chelsea switch

Chelsea target Andre Schurrle has hinted he is on his way to Stamford Bridge.

The club's interest in the Bayer Leverkusen man is well documented and goes back to 2011 when they first tried to sign him.

Leverkusen have held firm until now but it appears they are resigned to losing the forward.

Schurrle featured in Leverkusen's final game of the Bundesliga season against Hamburg - his side finished third - and afterwards he suggested he may be off.

When asked about his future, the German international said: "We will see. I have been promised certain things and I hope these promises are kept.

"It depends on Leverkusen but I think this was my last game with this shirt."
