This legendary NFL team has become so bad that no one on the roster was good enough to make the Pro Bowl

The San Francisco 49ers had nine players make the Pro Bowl this season.

Eight teams had at least five players selected to the NFL's annual All-Star showcase, which will be highlighted by a flag football game on February 4 in Orlando, Florida at Camping World Stadium.

But the greatest dynasty in league history reached a new low on Wednesday when complete AFC and NFC rosters were announced for the 2024 Pro Bowl Games, which is billed by the NFL as being a week-long celebration of player skills.

Bill Belichick's New England Patriots are even worse than their 4-12 record, according to Pro Bowl voters and decision makers.

No one on the Patriots' 2023 roster was selected for the upcoming Pro Bowl, marking a new low for what has already been the worst season of Belichick's storied career.

The Carolina Panthers, Washington Commanders and Green Bay Packers also failed the Pro Bowl test this season.

But it's stunning to see the Patriots (4-12) so devoid of talent less than a year after Tom Brady officially retired from the NFL.

New England's four-win season has the Pats at the bottom of the AFC and tied with three other teams for the second-worst record in the league.

Arizona (4-12) had a Pro Bowler in 2023, though.

Strong safety Budda Baker was even named an NFC starter, despite the Cardinals missing starting quarterback Kyler Murray for an extended period of the season.

Brady made 15 Pro Bowls, including 14 honours with the Patriots during an era that saw Belichick's crew win six Super Bowls.

But New England's head coach currently has the worst winning percentage (.250) of his 29-year career and it's clearer than ever that the Patriots' roster lacks real NFL talent.

Even more troubling is the fact that Belichick is in charge of New England's personnel, which means that the greatest coach in NFL history didn't put together a team that had a chance at winning weekly in 2023.

The Baltimore Ravens and Dallas Cowboys followed San Francisco with seven Pro Bowlers this season.

The Miami Dolphins and Philadelphia Eagles produced six selections apiece, while the Cleveland Browns, Kansas City Chiefs and Detroit Lions each were rewarded with five Pro Bowlers.

New England wasn't good enough for a single selection and now all Belichick's Patriots can do is wait for an embarrassing 2023 season to finally be over.
