Johnson is heading to Chicago to be the next head coach of the Bears, despite Tom Brady and the Las Vegas Raiders' best efforts to court him to the Silver and Black.

The Lions offensive coordinator has been the hottest name in the coaching cycle for the last two seasons, and has finally landed a home.

The Windy City rejoices, as Las Vegas hangs its' head.

One man's failure is another man's gift.

Brady and the Raiders made a strong push for Johnson, but ultimately Chicago prevailed in its pursuit to land the number one coaching candidate on the board.

It's easy to see why Johnson chose to come to Chicago, as opposed to Las Vegas.

Johnson will bring his creative offensive acumen to Chicago in hopes of unlocking all of Williams' untapped potential.
