Thunderous Love

Usually wouldn't tip on a Class 6 handicap as a general rule but this 6f handicap presents some value.

There are a handful of runners either still without a flat win or a very lowly strike-rate.

Two four-year-old fillies present a bit of opportunity, Thunderous Love and Calafrio.

The former has drifted a touch in the odds but should be suited by a return to the turf on good ground.

Last placing second at Brighton back in September on good ground.

She returned for the season earlier this month beating Asadjumeirah at Southwell and could be in better form as a whole for her four-year-old campaign.

Thunderous Love has reached 3lb higher than this in the overall ratings so could still have more to offer while returning to that level.

Brentford Hope

The first tip of Punchestown sees the top-rated Gaucher make plenty of appeal after winning a Grade 2 novice two starts ago.
