Premiership round-up: Wasps complete final Adams Park game in style
A highly-anticipated match between Leicester and Saracens saw a tightly-contested draw at Welford Road…
Leicester 21-21 Saracens
Fly-half Owen Williams earned a 21-21 draw for Leicester Tigers with the last kick of a dour Aviva Premiership match.
The 22-year-old Welshman kept his cool to slot his seventh penalty on an afternoon when former England fly-half Charlie Hodgson kicked seven for Saracens.
The two points put Saracens in joint second place with Exeter and Bath, while Leicester go level on points with Sale and Gloucester.
Wasps 71-7 London Welsh
Christian Wade and Ashley Johnson scored hat-tricks as Wasps hammered London Welsh.
The hosts were well clear of their opponents, going in at the break 26-0 in front thanks to a Nathan Hughes try and one apiece by Johnson and Sailosi Tagicakibau.
Wade, Hughes and Joe Simpson put more points on the board in the second half before Welsh's Ben Pienaar crossed, then Johnson, Tom Vardnell and another two from Wade completed the rout.
For Wasps, playing at Adams Park for the final time, it was a great way to end things.
