Manchester United get huge boost ahead of Everton clash with Anthony Martial fit to start – confirmed team news

Anthony Martial has recovered from injury to start Manchester United's Premier League clash with Everton in a huge boost to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The Red Devils can edge to within a point of fourth-place Chelsea with victory at Goodison Park on Sunday.
Martial looked likely to miss out due to a thigh injury after failing a fitness test before the 5-0 victory over Club Brugge on Thursday night.
However, the Frenchman features in Solskjaer's starting XI, meaning Odion Ighalo continues to wait for his first Man United start in the Premier League.
The Nigerian netted his first goal for the club in the Europa League on Thursday and recently said he is willing to give everything to get his chance.
He told United's official club website: "This is what I dream of and what I dreamt of when I was a kid. Now it is in my hands so I have to fight for it. I will give my blood to get it."
Meanwhile, Andre Gomes makes his first start for Everton since suffering a nightmare ankle injury against Tottenham in November.
