"I was massively surprised, I was disappointed. I thought we'd put a good bid together, we sent out our three kings, and we got nothing.

"We did everything right and we get it shoved right back in our faces"

It was so disappointing to have got there, been promised votes and then not get them, and in the end we just got one vote which really is terrible. We put the best bid in, the best financial bid, everything. We did everything right and we got it shoved right back in our faces."

David Seaman set a new world record today for the highest ever catch of a football, after safely clutching on to a ball that was dropped from a crane towering over 100 meters above his 6 ft 3 in frame.
